If you are trying to problem solve the triggers or causes of a student’s distressed, upset, angry or dysregulated behaviors, you can offer this sheet to your student, tell them in a caring way what you’ve noticed or observed about them, and then ask “What’s Up?”.
Please note : this sheet is not intended for use in the middle of a meltdown!
