Apply to have some, or all, of the cost of your Wish List of resources from Curriculum For Autism met by me.

Here’s how to apply:

Either:

• Print a copy of the applicaion and fill in by hand, then scan & attach it to an email

• Use a pdf write on app to add your answers on top of the form and return by attaching it to an email

• Type your answers in the body of an email, making sure to answer as many of the questions as possible.

I will carefully review your application.

If you are successful I will reply to you by email, giving you a unique code to use at the checkout on the Curriculum For Autism website. This code will give you a discount off your wish list items up to the value you have been awarded.

Your code will only be valid once, and cannot be shared.
