How it works:
You will download a pdf questionnaire, and either print a copy to fill in by hand, scan & return by email attachment, or use a pdf write on app to add your answers on top of the pdf and return by email, or type your answers in the body of an email.
I will respond to your email within 72hrs, with advice for you.
You may ask for clarification of my response to you via one more email, which I will answer within 72 hrs.
